You need to have Web Studio 4.0 or Web Studio 5.0 installed on your computer. The templates cannot be opened in any other program. NOTE: Web Studio 4.0 can only open Web Studio 4.0 templates. Web Studio 5.0 can open both Web Studio 4.0 & 5.0 templates.

Since our products are downloaded from our site, you receive your order immediately.

Every template is downloaded as a Web Studio Project file (.ows). Save this file in a folder on your computer, preferably one that is labeled “Websites” or another name that makes the template easy to find. Open Web Studio, and then open the template’s .ows file located in the folder. The .ows template opens in Web Studio. Now do a Save As and save it with the name of your project. This leaves a copy of the original template file in your folder and gives you a copy to build your website.

Templates with one page have a Home page. This page can be duplicated and can be used to create a coordinating design for your other pages. Templates with more than one page have a Home page and at least one other page with a coordinating design already done for you. 

You may use the purchased products on a project for yourself or someone else in accordance to the purchased license. You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products. You may not resell our products or any part of our products or redistribute to third parties for resale.

Yes. You can customize them in any way you wish.

No. Our designers often use other programs to create the graphics that you see. However, the Color command and other Special FX commands in Web Studio can change the graphics in a template. Some of the shapes in templates may have been made in Web Studio and may be changed using the color commands in the Draw tab.

All pictures and designs in our templates were legally purchased or created by our designers and are royalty-free.

Our team works hard to bring new templates and products to our site every month.

Yes. However, if you use a template for more than one client, you need to purchase the template again unless you purchased an Exclusive License. Contact us at support@templates.webstudio.com if you are interested in purchasing an Exclusive License for one of our templates.

The template was probably purchased with an Exclusive License causing it to be removed from our site. Email us at support@templates.webstudio.com if you are interested in the cost of an Exclusive License for one of our templates.

We accept payments through PayPal.

Since we do not sell tangible products, we do not give refunds.

After you purchase, you have 30 days to download the template. Your purchase allows you to download the template twice in case you lose the file.
