One Time Usage License
You are granted a One Time Usage License when you purchase a website template or other product at the Retail price. It enables you to use the template or product on a single website only, belonging to you or your client. You must purchase the same template again to use it in connection with another person or another project. You may not resell or redistribute One Time Usage templates.
B.
Exclusive License
This type of license guarantees that you are the last person to buy this template. After the purchase of an Exclusive License, the template is permanently removed from the website and is never available to other customers again. You may use this template to create as many websites as you wish, but you may not redistribute or resell Exlusive License templates.
Modifications
You are authorized to make modification(s) to our products in accordance with the type of license you acquire.
Ownership
You do not claim intellectual property right or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Back to the Beach Software, LLC or independent content providers.
Liability
Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our company or its agents be liable for any damages including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential, or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
Refunds
Since WebStudioTemplates.com is offering non-tangible goods, we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped (downloaded).
In some cases, refunds may be given, but only at the discretion of the company management.
